Mix-Up

A Florida mother, Dana Hill says her second-grader brought home a DVD with porn on it from school.

"I feel like their innocence has been tainted with," Hill said.

Hill's 8-year-old daughter, a student at Rock Crusher Elementary School in Crystal River, was handed a DVD she thought had class pictures of school events throughout the year, MyFoxTampaBay reports.

But investigators say instead, Hill's daughter and 12-year-old son got an x-rated eyeful when they played the disc. "She came back and told me there were no pictures of her or her schoolmates, that it was a girl taking off her pants showing her private areas," said Hill.

The Citrus County Sheriffs Office says the mix-up happened when the teacher was making copies of the school pictures from her home.

"She burned 19 DVDs and her husband has a vast porn collection, and while he was helping her package the CDs to be handed out at school, one of DVDs got packaged in the wrong place," Hill explained.

The Sheriff's office says they can't prove criminal intent, so no charges will be filed against the teacher.

The school district is still investigating the incident. They will decide in the next few days whether the teacher will face any disciplinary action.
