A mugger in Germany picked on the wrong victim which turned out to be 33-year-old Michael Esser, last year’s world judo champion for the visually impaired.Mr. Esser was approached by the mugger after buying a pack of smokes. After snatching the smokes and causing a bloody nose, the mugger then had his arm seized and next thing he knew he was face down on the pavement.
After help arrived, the judo champ was treated for a bloody nose, but then declined treatment at the hospital and continued on to watch the football match.

The fact that the world judo champ for the visually impaired is a smoker makes me question how impressive that title really is...
