Green Bay, Wisc., police officers were called to a house on Woodlawn Ave in response to a dog attack. But authorities soon found that the girl — who was bitten by a pitbull — was also suffering from a more bizarre injury.
"During the course of the investigation we learned that some of the bites — bite marks that were located on the female juvenile — were human bite marks," Lt. Jeff Engelbrecht of the Green Bay Police Department told Fox11online.com.
Rebecca Baker was then arrested for allegedly biting her boyfriend's niece. Police told the site that Baker, 35, was living with the victim's uncle, who was in jail at the time of the incident. The two got in a fight over using the telephone, Engelbrecht told Fox11online.com.
The teen reportedly called 911 and told dispatchers that her uncle's girlfriend made the dog bite her.
"Officers go into all types of disturbances and I can tell you that we see lot of odd things," Engelbrecht told the site.
Baker faces charges of child abuse for her role in the disturbance, Fox11online.com reported. Police told the site that the girl was released from the hospital and is staying with other family members.
