Cameron Diaz surprised onlookers with a dramatic transformation while working on her next project, My Sister’s Keeper, in Santa Monica yesterday.In the film, Cameron's character goes bald to support her daughter, Sofia Vassilieva, who is battling leukemia on screen. The film also stars the young Little Miss Sunshine star Abigail Breslin.
