GCBBQP-CHX

No, that's not Russian.

I made chicken last night. And it was Scrumptulescent!

G.C.'s Barbeque Parmesan Chicken

BUK BUK BUKAAAAK!

  2. 3 boneless breasts, slow roasted on the grill….constantly basted with BBQ sauce.



    Then I chopped it up…(cubed it if you will)…in oversize chunks.



    Spread them out on a plate, then heavily doused them with Parmesan cheese.



    Served with a Lipton side of Tomato Parmesan noodles.



    In hindsight….should have put them in a wrap.
